“If you don’t enjoy writing it, no one will enjoy reading it.”
 These words guide Twiggy’s approach to work daily. No matter what brand she’s working on, she always finds an angle that makes ad copy a pleasure to read. While she loves the craft of writing, ideas truly excite her. And it shows, with her work being recognised locally, nationally and internationally, picking up awards at CLIO, Web3, AMA and BADC. 
In her 14 years in advertising, she’s worked across brands in nearly every sector – FMCG, tourism, government, gaming, retail, banking and insurance, education, fashion, sport, charity and media. 
Some of the clients she’s worked on include Suncorp, Transport and Main Roads, Bulla, Cenovis, News Limited, Griffith University, QUT, Bond University, BOQ, RACQ, Dreamworld, Wotif, Target, Kopparberg, Peroni, the Queensland Government, Tatts, Mondelez and Brisbane Roar (A-league). 
Most recently, Twiggy launched the Suncorp brand into the national market with the introduction of the loveable character, Sunny. This resulted in a total return on investment of 282% and a 7% awareness lift nationally. She's also worked on successful behaviour change projects with a range of Queensland Government agencies and a first of its kind art project, Last Seen, which connected artists with blind people to paint their final visual memories. Launched in November 2019, this has already been archived in the State Library for its national significance.
Twiggy has also been a co-head of AWARD School and regularly tutors copywriting at QUT and lectures at AWARD School. When she’s not crafting ad copy, she’s writing children’s books, with one book published so far and two more in the works.
